What is the difference between a Notification and a Communication?
Notifications have legal effects and require an action (Accept/Reject) that initiates the calculation of administrative deadlines. Communications are purely informative and do not require express acceptance, although Tecalis Inbox collects and organizes them in the same way for your control.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Tecalis Inbox is a 100% Cloud (SaaS) solution. You only need to upload your digital certificate to our secure platform (Tecalis Sign) once. We take care of the connection with the DEHú and the electronic headquarters in the cloud. We also have an API to integrate it into your systems.
Do I need to have the digital certificate installed in my browser?
No. Tecalis Inbox integrates with Tecalis Sign to securely host your certificates in the cloud. This allows you to access your notifications from any device, browser, or location without relying on local configurations or complex installations.
What happens if a notification expires?
If you do not access a notification within the legal deadline (usually 10 calendar days), the Administration considers it notified/rejected and continues with the procedure, which may result in the loss of rights of appeal or penalties. Tecalis Inbox offers you alert tools and "Automatic Acceptance" to mitigate this risk.
Can I manage several companies or clients at the same time?
Yes. Tecalis Inbox is ideal for business groups, agencies, and consultancies. The platform is multi-entity, allowing you to upload multiple digital certificates and filter notifications by "Owner" (Company) or Tax ID Number, managing everything from a single user.
Is it safe to upload my digital certificates?
Absolutely. Tecalis is a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP). Your certificates are stored in high-security cryptographic systems (HSM), ensuring that they cannot be copied or exported without authorization, offering a much higher level of security than storing them in a file on your devices.
